Retention and deletion
We retain account and course records while you are enrolled and for up to 24 months after inactivity, unless longer retention is required by law. You may request deletion; some records may be kept for legal, auditing, or security purposes.
International transfers
We may process data on servers located in Canada and the United States. When transferring data, we use contractual safeguards and vendor due diligence consistent with PIPEDA requirements.
